Joe Broomhall

I begun my exploration with the ideas but without enough experimentation to know how I was going to get what I wanted. So I used a local friend for some test shoots, just to explore movement in the landscape, getting ideal shutter speeds with the desired aperture. This is because I had thoughts of using flash with all of my work. I wanted the body to be the focus, I wanted it highlighted amidst the landscape.
These photographs were taking in Platt Fields Park, South Manchester on an overcast/windy afternoon.

FujiFilm 6x9 Medium Format
Ilford HP5 120mm - Out of Date film
Tripod
1 second exposures.
Aperture (unsure, likely to be around F16-F22)
